It can be overwhelming trying to choose from running, workout DVD's, The elliptical machine, Yoga, Kettle bells, Weight lifting, Zumba, TRX, Crossfit , Pilates, Interval training , Curves, and more, and more.

You only need to do two things with your exercises to be most effective and lose the most weight. You need to get your heart rate up beating, and build more muscle. That's it! Because if done at a fast enough pace they become a cardio workout and they also build muscle. I HATE running and in order to incorporate cardio into my workouts I perform these workouts at a fast pace in order to increase my heart rate and get the benefit of strength training too.
